There is room to park one vehicle in the garden, and the coastal footpath, which offers spectacular scenery, is just a few minutes walk away.

This delightful split level apartment not only has lovely sea views from its open plan sitting room/dining room but the most spectacular, panoramic views from its garden that any-one could wish for, sweeping over Porthleven towards to the Lizard Peninsula in one direction and across Mounts Bay towards Penzance in the other.

The views are, quite simply, breath-taking.

Rockpool Cottage is situated just outside the village, above the coastal footpath at Beacon Crag, where the owners also run a bed and breakfast business.

The apartment is completely self-contained with its own parking area, entrance and garden and it has been tastefully and comfortably furnished and equipped throughout, making it an ideal, peaceful holiday home for two people. The village is only a short stroll away along the footpath - just minutes by car.

A short path leads from the parking area down to the garden and main entrance to Rockpool Cottage, which is at the rear of Beacon Crag.

It has a sunny cliff-top garden with a large decking area and wooden summerhouse. Parking for one car.
