Available from the summer holidays this year, for a limited period, this wonderful semi-detached house has spectacular views over the harbour and across Mounts Bay towards the Lizard Peninsula. All the principal rooms in this spacious property have these outstanding views, and there is a large paved patio, ideal for sunbathing and outdoor dining, as well as steps up to another sitting area.

Spacious sitting room with wonderful views of the harbour entrance, the beach and out across the bay. Large flat screen TV with Free Sat and a DVD player. Assortment of family games and DVDs.

Large separate dining room with the same magnificent views. Multi-fuel "log" burner.

Fully-equipped kitchen, with harbour views, ceramic hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Ground floor shower room with shower, WC and wash basin.

Spacious double bedroom, second twin bedroom and third bedroom with adult size bunks. All the bedrooms have wonderful sea views.
