The property, which is single-storey, has been thoughtfully equipped, and has the added bonus of a small sunny front garden, with views across the sea towards Lizard Point.

There is room to park one vehicle in the garden, and the coastal footpath, which offers spectacular scenery, is just a few minutes walk away.

Sitting room/dining area with beamed sloping ceiling, colour TV with Sky, DVD player and music centre. Sea views.
