Beamed sitting room with log burner, colour TV, video and hi-fi system.

Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, washing machine, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, electric cooker.
Family bathroom with overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Master bedroom with king-size bed, pine wardrobe and matching chest of drawers.
Second bedroom with bunk beds.
Covered outside dining area with patio table and chairs.

This cottage not suitable for those with mobility difficulties or very young children because there are two short flights of stairs.
