This spacious family house is situated just above the beach in a quiet location with outstanding panoramic sea views across Mounts Bay.

Large sitting room with spectacular sea views, with sofas, colour TV and log burner.

Separate dining room with spectacular sea views, pine dresser, table and chairs. Electric 'woodburning' stove. Patio door to veranda and terrace.

Large fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. Door to rear porch with separate freezer.

Ground floor bathroom with separate shower, WC and wash hand basin.

First floor: master bedroom with double bed and wonderful sea views, second bedroom with double bed and sea views, third bedroom with twin beds and bunk beds, sea views - this bedroom sleeps 4.

Shower room with wc and wash basin.
