A three bedroom former fisherman's cottage, recently renovated and superbly furnished in a cool contemporary style with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation.

The cottage overlooks the beach with spectacular views across Mounts's Bay. Access to the beach is just a few feet away and it is only a short stroll to the harbour. A private balcony overlooks the beach below and there is a spacious patio for al fresco dining, with table and seating for 6.

Open plan lounge/dining area with magnificent sea views, furnished to a very high standard in contemporary style with solid oak furniture and huge comfortable sofa, TV, DVD and video player. Glass door opens onto a private balcony.

Fully-equipped beech kitchen with granite worktops, built-in high level electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

Master bedroom with breathtaking views of Mount's Bay, decorated in contemporary style with king size bed. TV. Double doors lead onto the patio area. En suite shower room with wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Second bedroom with sea views and double doors leading onto the patio. Single bed and day bed for relaxing and taking in the views. Decorated in warm neutrals and reds.
Third bedroom with twin beds, decorated in cool blues. Stable door with side access to the patio area.
