Available for holidays for the first time from September 2009, this wonderful upside down house has breathtaking sea views across the wide sweep of Mounts Bay, and is a perfect base both for family holidays and for couples seeking a quieter, relaxing stay.

The Lamphouse has recently been renovated throughout and is beautifully furnished with Indonesian themes and equipped to the highest standards, the house has an open plan sitting room/dining room/ kitchen on the first floor, with glorious views from the four large picture windows.

Ground floor
Entrance hall for coats, shoes etc.
Master bedroom with sea views, king size teak bed and mahogany furniture.
Second bedroom with twin reclaimed teak wood beds and an en suite bathroom.
Shower room with power shower and wc.

First floor
Large open plan sitting room/dining room/kitchen furnished to an extremely high standard, with views across Mounts Bay. Leather sofas with mahogany and teak furniture, wooden floor, digital TV with 32 inch flat screen, and DVD player. Table top music system with radio/Ipod docking station.
The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Third bedroom with bunk beds.
Separate WC and hand basin. Washing machine and tumble-dryer.

Stable door to enclosed small decked garden, with table and chairs for outside dining.

All the beds are finished with quality pocket-sprung mattresses, a choice of feather and down summer (4.5 tog) and winter (9.5 tog) duvets, both feather and fibre pillows, and 400 percale cotton linen.

Oil fired central heating. Bed linen, hand and T-towels, electricity and heating included in the rental. Changeover day Friday. No smoking. No dogs. Private parking for one car. Babysitting service available. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided at no extra charge.
