Situated in an unrivalled cliff top position at the quieter eastern end of the village the annex continues to be a favourite with many of our guests who love its panoramic sea views.

The annex has a large garden and patio and is very close to the coastal path with walks to the National's Trust's Penrose Estate and Loe Pool. Allocated parking for two cars.

Sitting Room with panoramic sea views, colour TV and video; door to patio.
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/drier and microwave.
Double Bedroom with sea views and en suite shower room, W.C. wash handbasin.
Twin Bedroom - with sea views.
Bathroom with shower over the bath, WC. and wash handbasin.

Dogs are welcome at £3.00 each per day. (Visitors with dogs and children please beware of the cliff hazard).
No Smoking - Changeover day is Friday.
