This harbourside property, constructed using local stone, is close to both the stunning beach and all the local amenities. It is situated right on the harbour edge with superb views across to Mount's Bay.

The spacious accommodation is on three floors and outside there is a private front patio, an ideal spot to watch the harbour at work.

There is a large open plan sitting room with wonderful harbour views. Equipped with TV, DVD, VHS, radio and CD player. An archway opens into the brand new kitchen with top quality appliances and cosy wood flooring with a dining area seating 6. There is a small downstairs cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

On the first floor the master bedroom has breathtaking sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.

On the second floor the twin bedroom has a dormer style window with views of the village and harbour. There is also a second double bedroom with Velux window.

Private parking space a short walk away.
Bed linen and electricity included in the rental.
