This spacious house is one of the eye-catching Grade Two listed Victorian houses set above the harbour with magnificent views across the harbour and out to sea. It is always extremely popular with our holidaymakers who love the views from the house and from the sunny front patio.

Bed linen, towels, electricity and night storage heating are all included in the rental. Changeover day is Saturday.

Sitting room with archway to dining area having wonderful sea views, open fire, Sky TV, DVD player, with a selection of DVD’s.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cooker & fridge/freezer.

Master bedroom with extensive sea views, double bed.
Second bedroom with twin beds.
Space saving stairs case leading to new third bedroom on the second floor with twin beds & TV with freeview.

Spacious bathroom with shower over the bath. & WC. Plus a separate WC.
